Our Sea Scallops are sourced worldwide which include the clean, cold waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. That encompasses some of the worlds most fertile and pristine fishing grounds, such as George’s Bank and Nantucket Shoals.

Our scallops are carefully washed and hand sorted to remove all sand and shell particles as well as broken pieces. Once they are sorted, we grade them into their respective sizes, U/10, 10/20, 20/30, 30/40, and 40/50 count per pound. After we grade the various sizes, we start our custom packing process. Whether fresh or frozen, from one and five pound retail bags to gallon or 40 pound cheese cloth bags, we can accommodate any size, any pack, anywhere – all the time.
Our Bay Scallops are farm-raised and offered in many sizes, both fresh and frozen. The sweet and delicate taste you savor with every bite is pure quality. Filled with protein and being low in fat makes this a delightfully healthy choice.
Our Shrimp Bar-B-Skewers™ are individually hand made. You can grill, broil, bake, griddle, pan sauté, and yes, even microwave, in a matter of minutes.
